landowners. The area of the liberty is 1,877 acres of

population in 1911 was 456, and of the ecclesiastical
parish 4.415. The portion within th e m un icipal borough
of R eading has been transferred to St. G ilesâ parish,
R eading, by L ocal G overnm ent Board O rder 23,869,
