L ondon.
II IS HEREBY C ER IIH LD that the Royal Albert Brewery, Reading
(Messrs. Dymore Brown & Son) was fully inspected bv a Member of the ConÂ
sulting Scientific Staff of the British Analytical Control on the ioth January
1913Brewing was in progress at the time of the inspection, and everything was
found to be in excellent condition. The plant and all the operations in progress
at the time of the visit were inspected, and also the extensive cellars where the
beer is matured.
1 he observations made in the course of the inspection were entirely satisfacÂ
tory, the premises and appliances were clean and in good order, and it was
obvious that great care is exercised to keep the products up to standard.
There was no evidence that anything but malt and hops was used in the
brewing of the various products, and the malt and hops in course of use were
found to be of excellent quality.
The facts ascertained by inspection and analysis show that the requirements
of the Consulting Scientific Staff of the Control continue to be fulfilled and the
products are approved by the BRITISH ANALYTICAL CONTROL.
