Pte . GORDON UPFOLD , 96, Prince of Wales Avenue, Reading.- Wounded , lost a leg.
The late Sergt. H.J. GORRING , 2, Watlington Street, Reading. - Died of wounds. Aged 22.
Captain WILLIAM EDWARD M BLANDY . - Wounded in France on August 14 th, 1916, when his battalion were charging under heavy machine gun fire. He had been at the front since March , 1915.
Lce. Corpl. WILLIAM L. VASS , 123, Elm Park Road, Reading. - Wounded.
The lat e Pt e. ALBERT SIDNEY NOAKES , Downing Road, Tilehurst. -Died of wounds. Aged 20.
Dmr . WILLIAM PURDUE, 11 Salisbury Road, Reading.- Wounded in rescuing comrades : lost a leg.
