The late Lce.-Corpl. EDGAR GEORGE WHITE, attached Worcester Regt., 8, Catherine St., Reading. -- Killed in action.
The late Lce.-Corpl. OWEN ROBERT WYATT, attached Worcester Regiment, "Arverne", Crown Lane, Theale. -- Killed in action.
The late Major PHILIP MUSGRAVE NEELD WROUGHTON, Woolley Park, Berks. -- Killed in action.
Tpr. L. SALTER, Fernbank, Hemdean Rise, Caversham. -- Wounded.
The late Sgt. BELLAMY, Upton, Didcot. -- Died of wounds.
Mostly men from Reading and District, this picture depicts the Second Line of the Berks Yeomanry - an active fighting unit which went abroad in September, 1916. Several men in the above group have been either killed or wounded.
