Friar Street, Reading. East end, c. 1900. No. 11; Nos. 10, 9, 8 and 7 (Queen's Hotel); the Town Hall; No. 1 (Blandy and Blandy, solicitors); the west end of St. Laurence's Church. Horse-drawn vehicles wait by the statue of Queen Victoria.
