[photo, portrait] The late Major COLIN NAPIER BUCHANAN-DUNLOP, D.S.O., R.H.A., second son of Lieut.-Colonel and Mrs. H. D. Buchanan-Dunlop, of Whitley Rise, Reading. -€” Killed in action. Aged 38.

James (the soldier on the camel nearer the camera) was one of the youngest "S.M.'s" in the Army, for he was only 21. He used to be in the 1st Berkshires and was wounded in action, being transferred to the camel corps. His home is 42, Leopold Road, Reading.
