BERKSHIRE CORPS OF WOMEN VOLUNTEERS.


" Inniscarra" a commodious house in Bath Road, Reading , was opened under the auspices of the British red Cross Society as a convalescent hospital , where massage treatment might be given to soldiers.
It is staffed by t he Berkshire Corps of Women Volunteers, who did the whole work of furnishing and decorating. There are fifty beds and each ward is named after the donor of the furniture.
