THE CORPS OF ROYAL ENGINEERS.
[photo, exterior, group] THE 237th FIELD COMPANY of the Royal Engineers are seen leaving Wantage Hall, Reading, the training station of the company, which was the third raised by the Mayor of Reading (Mr. Leonard Sutton). Under the command of Captain C. L. T. Matheson the unit marched to the railway station in January, 1916, headed by the band playing lively airs, and entrained with its horses and wagons in order to join its division. [Mortimer H.
