[photo, portrait] The late Second Corpl. GEATER, 51, Highgrove Street, Reading, who died of pneumonia following influenza. He gained the distinction of being awarded the Medaille D'Honneur.
[photo, portrait] The late Corpl. Clarke, son of Mr. and Mrs. J. CLARKE, 7, Castle Crescent, Reading. - Died of septic pneumonia at Chisledon Demobilisation Camp.
Reading Referee in Egypt.
[photo, portrait] Staff-Sergt. G. H. PAYNE, R.E., who was a well-kno wn and popular referee in the Reading Temperance League in pre-war days, is here seen standing at the door of his cabin in Egypt with two exponents of his favourite game.
