The late Gnr. W.C. GIBBS of 2 Northfield Road, Thatcham. Died of wounds.
Pte. F.T. WELLS of Frilsham Manor Cottage near Newbury. Missing.
The late Pte. A.W. WHITE, son of the late park-keeper Spring Gardens, Reading. Died of wounds.
Pte. S.W. VASS or 4 Linden Villas, Mortimer. prisoner.
The late Lce. Corpl. H.G. NEWMAN, Loddon Court Cottages, Spencers Wood. Killed by a sniper.
The late Pte. O. FURNELL of Leyfields Cottage, Ashampstead. Killed in action.
Pte. W. ALDRIDGE of 11 Spring Grove, Reading. Prisoner of war.
The late Lieut. H.M. COOK formerly Royal Berks. Regt., grandson of the late Town Clerk of Reading, Mr Henry Day. He was educated at Reading School. He was gazetted to the 6th Batt. Royal berks. Regt. in November 1914, and attached to the 5th Batt. in 1916 and took part in the Cambrai battle in November 1917. The photograph was taken on the Western Front.
