HONOURING THE FALLEN AT NEWBURY.

[photo, crowd, exterior] On Sunday, August 3rd, a memorial service to the fallen was held at Stroud Green near Newbury, organised by the Comrades of the GReat War and the Federation of discharged and demobilised Sailors and Soldiers. In the picture is seen the procession, which consisted of ex-service men, V.A.D.'s, W.R.A.F.'s, Q.M.A.A.C.'s and sailors, on their way to the service. [Photo by Rolfe, Newbury]

Sons of the Late Sapper Geo. Titchener, R.E., and Mrs. Titchener, of Bridge Cottage, Bradfield.

[photo, portrait] The late Gunner A. V. TITCHENER, died of wounds in France after fighting through the campaign in East Africa.
